Lunch occasionally turns in to, “What is in my fridge and how can I combine it without leaving the house?” That happens to be how this yummy sandwich was born! The beauty of leftovers 🙂
Prosciutto, Turkey, Brie, & Apple Butter Sandwich
1 small whole wheat hoagie roll
2 oz. sliced brie
2 thin slices of turkey
2 strips prosciutto
2 Tablespoons apple butter
Preheat oven to 250 degrees. Spread apple butter on both sides of the hoagie roll. Place brie slices, prosciutto, and turkey on the roll. Leave open faced. Place on a cookie sheet and place in the oven, once heated, for 10 minutes or until the roll is crispy.
So easy! Now you have no excuses to eat a disgusting lunch. Be gone.
